Who I am

What I collect

When you book a consultation, I collect your email address, the time you chose and the meeting app you picked (Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams).

Why I collect it

Only to arrange your consultation: to send you a calendar invite and meeting link, and to contact you about the booking. I do not use it for marketing and I never sell or share it with anyone else.

Where it is kept

Your booking is stored in my Google Workspace calendar. If you choose Zoom or Microsoft Teams, those services create the meeting link and hold a record of the meeting.

How long I keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing [business email]. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
